SEAFAIR, Seattle’s traditional summer festival, is on the water during winter as well, with the 31st annual SEAFAIR & 76 Special People’s Holiday Cruise, which takes place Sunday, December 5 from 3:30 pm to
5:30 pm on Lake Union and Lake Washington.
The Cruise provides 2500 developmentally disabled guests the ride of a lifetime as they board more than 350 lighted and decorated boats in one of the largest lighted boat parades in the Northwest.
Special viewing sections are at the West Montlake Park, along the Montlake Cut and at the Waterfront Activities Center on the Montlake Cut near Husky Stadium. Free parking is available at Husky Stadium.
SEAFAIR needs powerboats 26' and longer to participate.
